The art of social media conversation is vastly underestimated. It takes writing ability to capture people’s attention day in and day out; much less get them to engage with you. So, when you get that 15 seconds of fame with a few notables, you kind of feel like showing it off. So we figured a Wall of Social Media Fame would be just the way to do it. We believe to continually keep you focused on the passion of our work, it’s important to acknowledge golden nuggets. Thanks for stopping by and join our social conversation and communities…you may be on this wall next!
I love Twitter and I especially enjoy it when I get large brands or celebrities, etc. to respond to my tweet with a mention. It’s a great way to reinforce how my writing skills can get noticed. By the way, don’t judge some of the shows I watch that may be shared here. I am a millennial at heart and not ashamed of it! LOL!
Are you ready to admit you need help with Twitter messaging?
This next 15 second of social media fame came after a free Hubspot workshop I attended that featured Tony Robbins. I participated live via web share and Twitter. I asked the right question apparently and it got quite a response. The number of retweets and favorites made my Twitter handle get hooked into further tweets apart from this too. Perhaps folks thought I was associated with Tony Robbins. LOL. At any rate, my tweet was even on his website for a bit as a highlighted tweet. That was a fun moment. I am inspired the work Tony Robbins does, so it was cool to have him actually interact with me – even if virtually! Woo hoo!
Are you ready to get posts and tweets noticed by those who matter?
I am a photographer wannabe so the moment I got my iPhone 5, I started taking pictures of everything that came in my line of sight and gave me pause. Well, very quickly I realized as a foodie I had found a great way to express the appreciation I have for any meal I am blessed with. I have been working on transitioning to a healthier lifestyle for quite some time now and Jenny Craig has been a huge part of that process. As many of you may know, I don’t like being put in a box so I certainly don’t believe in eating out of one, if I can help it. This gave me an opportunity to solve that and satisfy my passion for taking pictures. I was elated when Jenny Craig took notice of them in time for their newly created Foodspiration Pinterest board. It’s so cool to see something you do naturally for the love of it, take center stage to inspire others on their personal journey. Yay for food styling and the ability to be a photographer these days with the right smartphone and photo enhancing mobile apps.
