Stop. The. Insanity.
Let me say it again…you can’t keep doing the same things (or nothing at all), expecting different results. It’s complete insanity! This year I really do hope that folks #StopTheInsanity and truly make progress in their personal and/or business goals. Progress means Life is too short to lose your mind. Although this may be a business driven post, it’s all personal with business to me. How I feel personally impacts my business and how I feel about my business impacts my personal life.
A large part of anyone feeling as if they’re running in a hamster wheel is because they don’t hold themselves accountable or ask for help. You know what I’m talking about…
It’s so easy for us to say that we have too much on our plate or use the cop out that well at least I tried. Tried?! So trying every year for the last 10 years to lose weight is good enough for you? I used to be you. I got sick and tired of being sick and tired so took my meltdown and turned things around.
God knows I’m not saying it’s easy. I’m just saying it’s better than the alternative. Unless, of course, you like feeling like you are about to lose your mind, or feeling exhausted day in and day out. It really is a personal life choice.
This year, take a moment to just breath and reflect on your personal choices leading up to where you are today. The good news is you are a survivor, but the better news is…you can feel and live even better.
Are you ready to #StopTheInsanity and #StartTheAccountability?
